The Pauline Strategy consist of two different models:
Both models begin in a pastors/leaders home and grows as the number of participants grow, and new leaders are identified and trained.
This model is more organic and the churches will tend to grow slower and at a more predictable rate. This model is of course the most cost effective model and will grow as the pastor grows and builds their leadership confidence.
Ultimately, the House Church and the Gospel Community models are expected to grow into fully functioning churches. We are utilizing the Pauline model of organic, apostolic church growth, just as they did in the book of Acts, under the leadership of the Apostle Paul and the early church leaders.
